The bar-room floor in the Casino was painted this past week.
A lot of people wonder what it’s like in Huletts as we approach the “summer season” of July and August. Well, it’s really busy here this week with many contractors doing different things.
Yesterday alone, I saw four different groups of mowing contractors cutting grass around town for people. I’ve seen people painting, boats being delivered and worked on, and painters and carpenters around this week. The golf course was also being worked on yesterday. I saw appliances being delivered and even a sailboat’s keel being painted.
In other words, lots of work is happening. I’ll try to get some pictures in the next week of some of the more interesting projects. Needless to say, Huletts Landing pumps a lot of $$ into the local economy.
