The Washington County Board of Elections did not count the Dresden absentee ballots Tuesday.
Because of Veterans Day, their office is closed on Wednesday.
The Dresden absentee ballots should be counted on Thursday. As of 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, 52 absentee ballots had been returned. To be counted, an absentee ballot has to have been postmarked, November 2nd, the day before the election.
